Rutmo collects the least it can and sells nothing. There is no advertising profile, no analytics vendor beyond crash reporting, and no way for us to identify a person from what is stored.
What you give us
- A display name you choose. It need not be your real one.
- Your team's name, its departments, and the routines you write.
- The workplace time zone.
What we never collect
- Email addresses and passwords — sign-in is anonymous
- Phone numbers, contacts, photos or location
- Advertising identifiers used to track you across apps
What happens automatically
Signing in creates an anonymous Firebase account tied to that installation. Crashes and errors are reported through Firebase Crashlytics so faults can be fixed. Neither carries anything that names you.
Advertising
Rutmo shows a banner from Google AdMob. The ads are contextual — they are not selected from a profile of you, and Rutmo asks for no tracking permission. See Google's policy for how Google handles ad requests.
Payments
Rutmo currently sells nothing. No card details are collected and nothing is charged. If a paid plan is offered later, this page will say so before it opens, and payment would be handled by Apple or Google — never by us.
Where it is kept
In Google Cloud Firestore, in the European region, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only members of your team can read your team's data; the security rules enforce that on the server, not just in the app.
Deleting it
Removing the app removes your access. To have a team's data deleted, write to the address below with the team's join code and it will be removed within 30 days.
Children
Rutmo is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect anything from them.
