How do people join my team?

Open Team. The join code is at the top. Anyone who types it into the app is in — read it out, write it on a board, send it however you like. If a code gets out, New code replaces it and the old one stops working.

I forgot which team I am in

Rutmo has no password to recover, so a device is tied to one team until it signs out. Signing out cannot be undone — you would need the join code again.

A routine did not remind me

Reminders are scheduled on the device and need notification permission. Check Settings → Reminders inside Rutmo; if it says reminders are off, turn them on there.

Why is a task marked late when it was done?

The time zone belongs to the team, not the phone. If the team's zone is wrong, an owner or manager can change it in Settings.
